Patrice Breil: Ordonnance de Refere

The Tribunal de Grande Instance de Montauban has issued an Ordonnance de Refere in which an expert has been appointed and he will come to Mas de Panis to assess Patrice BREIL’s poor workmanship and whether he manufactured and installed what I ordered and paid him to provide.

I had a visit tonight at 19h00 from Patrice BREIL in his capacity as Deputy-Mayor of Parisot.

He pointed out to me that the six Velux window which were installed in my attic two years ago were done without the necessary Building Permit and that I would be receiving a letter from the Mayor of Parisot.

I said that I would make enquiries from the contractor who did the work. He replied that I was ultimately responsible. The fact of the matter is that the Velux window replaced the ancient ‘skylight’ windows that existed before my Mother bought the property in 1986.

(Mr BREIL knows that D-Day with my stair and front door litigation is on 12 September and that he has failed to respond.)

It seems to me that this tinpot politician has abused his public office.

I wonder what the Mayor of Parisot, Mr Frédéric KERESTEDJIAN, would say if he knew about Mr BREIL’s masquerading as his Deputy? I have met Mr KERESTEDJIAN twice fleetingly and I doubt if he knows who I am. It is, however, pleasing to know that he is liked by the community and my British friends nearby speak well of him.
