At 09h00 today I will be having a visit from a highly respected Toulouse architect, Monsieur Henri-Louis ROUCH.
It is a visit which I eagerly anticipate.
He is the expert designated by the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Montauban to assist the court in determining the quality of Patrice BREIL’s workmanship. Readers will recall that Patrice BREIL of Parisot, 82160, Tarn et Garonne, is the carpenter / joiner / roofer whom the unsuspecting public in and around Parisot would do well to avoid at all costs.
THe notice below was sent to me and Patrice BREIL two weeks ago by registered mail by Monsieur ROUCH. It appears that Mr BREIL is unrepresented. Perhaps he is being his own lawyer? He would do well to take cogniscance of the old adage which says: He who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client.

The expert and UFC-Que Chosir‘s Advocate Daniel GROS were here timeously. The expert left at around 09h50 and as I was waving good-bye to Avocat GROS at 10h00, Mr BREIL arrived. He alleges that his copy of the above notice says that the time of the Convocation would be at 10h00. If he is correct we will have another convocation soon.
On 14 March 2012 the Tribunal in Montauban granted judgment in my favour against the disreputable carpenter called Patrice BREIL.
