I achieved two best times on this ride: 56 minutes 55 seconds for the 16.95 km, and 3.6 km uphill at an average of 9.9 kph
Yesterday’s ride took me 58 minutes and 12 seconds and today took me 58 minutes and 00 seconds. The 3.6 km Caylus hill took me 22 minutes and 12 seconds yesterday and 22 minutes and 15 seconds today:
When I first cycled this 17km ride in May 2010 it took me 1 hour and 38 minutes. My previous Garmin recorded rides were on: 21 July 2010: 1 hour 5 minutes 21 seconds ……..averaging 17.5 kph 29 July 2010: 1 hour 4 minutes 41 seconds ……..averaging 15.7 kph The Caylus hill of 3.6 km [...]
